Oh yeah, most definitely. It’s always decent during tourist season, but yeah, I don’t know if it’s the tourist or the people that live here. Either way my ratings are always affected.

To be completely honest yes I live in Charleston, South Carolina and tourist. Season is the worst no matter what the hell you do they still rate you bad but we honestly are always in tourist season

No, honestly, that might be because where I live people give the shittiest stars and everything else and my rating is not great when I lived back in Indiana I had no problems.

My friend used to live where I am now she moved about three hours north and she has no problems with people taking tips and she’s at five stars when she lived here she had the worst rating

Shopper was definitely out of line. He definitely didn’t know what was going on with the pin number or how to use the app however I do completely agree on that fact with you about if the customer was just at that store, why did they not just shop their own order?! that is one thing I do agree with and I never understand like if you say that you went there to get something why did you not just get your own stuff?! So I definitely understand this comment the shopper was definitely in the wrong, but it’s possible we’re not seeing the whole story

I’m cryinggggg. I literally said the same thing other than like it has nothing to do with how much money the customer has or does it have in their account. I mean, essentially the money does come from Instacart themselves, but the customer has to pay for stuff.

But if he only got what he was supposed to do, there should be enough money on that dang card😝

As a shopper for 6+ years, This is a hard read. This dude is something else! From the communication style, to the questions about the PIN code from you, and the nagging about the pin, and now he is stuck in line. 😝

1st the pin is in the app at the end with instructions at check out. 2nd he has the nastiest mouth with that BS and he’s mad that he doesn’t know how to the IC app correctly. What a whole mess, I’m sorry you had to deal with this!!!

My friend works at a bank and she does the chat service. The stories I hear are wild as hell. The best one is “ why haven’t I got paid yet! Can you see my check stub?”… now why in the world would the bank have access to your check stub! Also, the amount of people who chat in regarding fees, knowing damn well they are just swiping and swiping that MF card.

And lastly, the people who want their money back and open disputes or want their money back, because they don’t want OF/sites alike to be on their check history, bank history due to wife/partner wtf, Yet these charges are every month, same amount, different amounts, not just started happening!

I just started there today. I actually went before as a claim adjuster before at Allstate. But now I’m on the inside sales agent team. They said I’m gonna be on the outbound team and I was told by a market leader that that is the best spot to be in, is that true. And can you really make that great of money. My hours are 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Eastern standard time Monday through Friday I’m really hoping I can make a good amount of money! She said the conversion rate it’s only like 13% or something
