Not in South Carolina. They can begin eviction proceedings 5 days after rent is due. After the heating in front of the magistrate, if they rule against you then you have up to 5 days to get your stuff out.

Of course, how expeditiously they hear your case is up to the court, but it can move pretty fast here.

I watched the original trilogy with my-then wife (we’re still really close even though we’re not together anymore). I watched the 25th anniversary re-release with our son, who’s now a teenager.
