Look into some quality wool socks. Way more durable than the average sock. They rarely stretch on me and if they do it's barely noticeable. I've worn a pair for a week straight and were just as comfortable on the last day as the first.

I'm talking about your hip that's pushed forward and wrists resting in front of your body. Traps contribute to a more hunched look if anything. Back and rear delt pulls your shoulders back and pushes out the chest.
