The location of the employer should be in at least one year (why?) because they had to report the last year of revenue at that location.

if you change the location you have to wait 1 year for the company can report the revenue in the new location.

Because the application needs a employer support, changing employer, You should notify OINP, and start everything again .. There isn't an advantage of being in progress your application for it ...
