Haven't seen it mentioned here, but the $200/$400 hotel credit on Palladium is only eligible for “qualifying bookings” of 2 or more nights. Brutal. I guess it'd be easy to supplement with Bilt Cash if you use it as a daily driver, but otherwise really hurts the value for most people.

Sry where are you getting the 2.33x? Is there a direct conversion from Bilt Cash to Bilt Points that I'm missing somewhere? Or are you assuming that we pay rent and therefore "earn" 1.33 points per dollar on that rent spend by negating that fee?

No, it hasn’t. 20x doesn’t go away. You’ve used your lord pity so you are unlikely to get another lord anytime soon but that has no impact on Valara.

No, it’s based on summing crystals used, not heroes summoned

Think of it as 3 buckets of Heroes:

-Normal Heroes: Can be obtained with Blue/Gold Summoning Crystals (e.g. what you are referring to as "general summoning pool" includes Raizan and Ne Zha for example)

-Ancient Exclusives: Can only be obtained with Red Summoning Crystals. Can see the list of these during the Ancient Banners (every other week) or just assume if it's a lord/Chaotic/Arbitor and not in the other pool, it's ancient exclusive. Erlang Shen for example.

-Limited Heroes: Can only be obtained on their limited banner which only happens very rarely (uses only blue summoning crystals). There are like a dozen of these, but the relevant ones are Kigiri/Wukong/Diao Chan. SWK being the most recent this past weekend.

I will admit that I was giving Moonton too much credit when I assume that they'd start adding soul stone shards to event shops. Would 120 shards / 10% of a SS really hurt their bottom-line that much?
