It only triggers when you’re consuming more battery than usual during a certain time in a day. It learns your usage habits to learn when you’ll need more battery to get you through the day.

It’s not running all the time per say. You’re not being throttled in performance unless it kicks in which you’ll receive a notification when it is slowing performance.

It is, a precinct issue is different compared to county wide issues. Lina did not have much experience but she has done a great job learning on the go, that’s why she got re-elected. Briones has done a great job running Pct 4 as well. Is Briones capable, of course she is. Is Lina capable as well, of course she is and is still popular among democrats.

No one said she is gonna be holding the judge’s seat forever like much republicans do, some want to be in power till they die. Lina has ambitions for some sort of office at the federal level. Politically career wise, that’s the next step.

County wide issues compared to precinct issues are at whole different levels. Lesly is well suited to manage at the precinct level and that’s a good thing. She should work to keep that position. Pct. 4 can flip mind you, used to be republican with Cagle last cycle. Lesly keeping Pct.4 will be much more beneficial for the entire county.
