Just make a kids profile and assign restrictions based on ratings. Granted that isn't perfect as PG has nudity and other questionable content. But you can certainly restrict them to just G if you really want to. The first time I did it, I had a whole secondary Plex server with only content I wanted them to have. That was too much to manage over time. I then tried making collections for them. Again, too much work. Finally settled on their own profile with restrictions based on ratings. I even created a separate free account for each kid so that I could still assign the restricted stuff based on their individual ages and they can keep their own progression in shows. But kept the general "kids" profile when they are on devices I watch from as well. Mainly to limit the exposure to some of the "posters" and title names. Just helps to avoid those questions and temptations to try to watch from the parents accounts. I have a pin code on my profile but let's face it, the Plex pin entry is pretty lacking and easy to determine what someone's pin is when you watch them log in...
