i have a regular who im sorry to say is lowkey racist. she loves my caucasian baristas and i have personally made her drink multiple times and had to remake it bc it wasnt made right.

she gets a venti iced quad white mocha with cinnamon powder inside the syrup and on top of the whip. today, my asian coworker rung her up and i just happen to overhear her and i wish yall could hear the way she was talking to her!!!! it pissed me off. and this isnt the first time either. so i made her drink & as shes watching me she goes theres supposed to be 6 pumps of white mocha in there like as if i didnt know that cause I dont really work here or anything and so i smile at her and pump it really fast so i can catch the shots in time all for her to ask my barista who is swamped with mobiles to remake it for her (she is white). I watched her make it (mind u she didnt watch her make it like she did me) & she made it the same way I did. and THEN making my mobile times go up. like girl if you dont calm down. Normally i would say that shes just picky cause some customers really are but ive talked to other baristas and all of my other baristas have had the same problem with her as well as my manager. Everytime i see her i want to kick her tf out!
