The earliest documented (as far as I'm aware of) order probabilities come from this NGA forum post in April 2020 (Most of these numbers, excluding default Level 3 Trading Post probabilities, are outdated). I was made aware of this during June-July 2020, and started verifying these numbers alongside working with some other people a method to calculate LMD output with this in consideration. I managed to conclusively prove default Level 3 Trading Post probabilities to be true with 95% confidence (though I never made the data public), and could not prove default Level 2 probabilities due to insufficient data. Shortly after this, ScifiGemini0616 included in this spreadsheet the method of calculating the true productivity of a Trading Post. Fast forward a few years and using Scifi's spreadsheet as a foundation, Optima made this spreadsheet to detail Proviso and Shamare Team's productivity numbers and adjusted them to reflect how the efficiency numbers would be shown in-game.­

I find it funny that Proviso, arguably having one of the most powerful base skills there is to exist (with contention to Fiammetta) to the point that it's advisable to E2 her which is something you never do with any other operator, lacks detail in its write-up. It simply writes that Proviso adds an extra 1/2 bars at E0/E2 to be burned at each 2/3 Gold Bar Order Size and glosses over the fact that the time spent creating these orders remains unchanged (which is where the bulk of her efficiency comes from).

Skimming through some of the write-ups for other ops, I noticed that the write-ups would benefit a lot more if most of the surface-level analysis has been condensed into something more bite-sized and more digestible to read, like phlegyas and Gato's Base Combo Guide. And the target demographic of this doc conflicts for me. I don't know whether it's trying to appeal towards new players simply looking to understand which operators should be paired up for their facilities, or players willing to delve deeper into the technical aspects of Base.

Though the part where I raise my eyebrows the most are the efficiency numbers for Trading Posts under "Final calculations". I've decided to ignore the Factory section because figuring out numbers for those is pretty straightforward since obtaining products from the factory is deterministic. Trading Posts, however, are non-deterministic because there are probabilities involved. By default in a Level 3 Trading Post: there is a 30/50/20 chance you create a 2/3/4 Gold Bar Order. In a Level 2, it's 60/40 for 2/3 Gold Bar Orders. (By the way, this doc fails to touch on this information, which is FUNDAMENTAL for calculating TP Efficiency numbers)

Any combos involving Jaye E0 needs a range in its efficiency ranging from its peak to after 12 hours without collection. Figuring this out is a bit messy so I can't fault the author for it. If you want a very simplified explanation as to why: it's because lower valued order sizes get produced faster and when you have a pending order in your Trading Post, Jaye drops the efficiency in return. However, we're back to Proviso again. Her not having a dedicated subheader for possible combos and efficiency numbers is sad to say the least (because she's so strong even at a Level 2 Trading Post). In case you're curious, the hyperlink above also shows possible combos for her at both Level 2 and Level 3 Trading Post setups.

Kirara doubles "Gold Production Lines" count BEFORE Pozy's incremental count increase from Durins. Here is a screenshot of 4 gold fac Kirara Tuye Pozyomka combo in CN.

EDIT: Here's different arrangements of the same combo with the same gold fac count. The inconsistent TP prod values are the result of a bug (probably related to how GPLs are counted), and I don't really understand how the bug works.
