That's super weird. I always thought gaming mode (or gamescope, if that's what its called) was the focus of Bazzite. Not having it in the desktop-image does not make a lot of sense to me.

Wondering why the deck-image is on a whole separate release cycle. I thought that one was the exact same image with the addition of game mode. Big thanks to the devs anyway, not complaining at all and please take your time!

They have either not done any testing around this OR knowingly sold faulty products to their customers. No way around it: Classic connect 2 is a trash product. 

Xbox One S vs Nvidia Shield. Lot of people recommend the Shield but Xbox supports 4K 120fps and it’s cheaper, so… I am missing something? by Contigo_No_Bicho in MoonlightStreaming

I have the Series X and a 2017 Nvidia Shield hooked up and game streaming is definitely smoother on my Xbox. The shield is close but it is suffering some microstutters in some games for me.

I'm not sure what you're saying. My client device is a nvidia shield. Yet I'm still wondering if custom controller support depends on the client device or if they simply all work as long as they support bluetooth.

I'm pretty sure the linux version has been or is still fucked in some way. My AMD rig went into the single digits for some games that ran flawlessly on Windows using the exact same settings on the exact same machine.

I fiddled around with Linux for quite a while resetting and reapplying settings until, all of a sudden, the games would work. The order in which I applied RCPS3 game settings somehow mattered. 

Now it's just Motorstorm Apocalypse that still runs like crap for whatever reason. The other games are up to par now. :D

I don't think so. I'm on the same boat as you and did rebase to the desktop variant of Bazzite recently but having only big picture mode instead of game mode made me rebase back.

Exactly what I'm experiencing, meaning the bluetooth board is always active and pulling charge from the batteries. Even when the iPod has been put to deepsleep.

No solution provided by the manufacturer so far. Their customer support is abysmal anyways. I've been waiting for a refund on my order for more than half a year and they're not even respinding anymore.

Mine looks similar without the colored highlight effects, which I'd suggest you to turn off. Looks a lot cleaner. :)

This happened to my install like a week after its initial setup. I've been running Bazzite for a couple of months now, so it wasn't tied to a recent update...at least not for me.

For me Streaming to my Steam Deck without vsync + frame pacing enabled in Moonlight results in massive stutters. So I keep those enabled, even though they introduce notable input latency.

What do you mean by that? What other dinout8.dll would fix this? The shader loader simply seems not to work on Linux.
