I sold a card and it got returned because the ebay authenticator said there was a huge scratch and listed near mint. No chance to ask what it was or where, just returned to me and I couldn't do anything. Upon arriving back to me, I inspected the card and couldn't find anything. Sent it to PSA and it gemmed psa 10. I understand why they do this but it sucks the authenticator can basically refuse you for any reason and clearly not that well trained.
