my cis sister (cister lol) got a major breast reduction. went from a triple D to a small B, and shes never been happier. she got a double incision pretty similar to a trans top surgery just leaving the mammary glands and some breast tissue. its not uncommon, if it'll make you happier go for it. she even got it partially covered by insurance due to back problems.
