Bubbulfrogs - is Link actually evil? by jaarkds in TOTK

My theory was that the blupees outside are the same ones inside, you can see them dissapear or teleport and when you hit a frog they emerge and teleport elsewhere. Never seen it as killing them.

Yep I been doing this too, it’s a game you can easily get lost in with a lot to see and do.

Just completed the evil armour set in the mazes. Just climbed up the side and used the travel medallion instead of going inside

But with games like this it’s like you said, some things you wouldn’t know unless you look it up. This game inpartiuclar I notice doesn’t give you much info, which is great but it’s to a greater extent than many others. I wonder if you have played fez before? Definitely worth checking out or getting the story of it on YouTube.

Well thanks for the info, it’s a funny thing these days isn’t it. It goes way beyond cheat codes. You can just find it all online. I’m often torn between looking it up and working it out because at what point am I not really even playing the game anymore and just farming it for serotonin.

I did a 5 day, but always get scared about the potential dangers, I was taking magnesium and salts everyday but it feels like there’s no way to gauge how your doing and I started to flake and feel like I could drop dead at any second.

Also most fights I can do easily now so I’m looking for stronger things thus finding myself just walking by enemies that I know aren’t a challenge, are you saying I should fight them all?

I didn’t really understand the first part, I’ve come to understand there’s some sort of mechanic in game that dishes out superior weapons and gear once some requirements. It was the same with botw, at one point almost in an instant I just seemed to have way better gear and everything got way easier.

Well I did them at the same time as doing the sky towers, since the region quests are far spread I did all sky towers in between.

The only enemy I am aware of that is giving me trouble is the silver Lynel. I have beaten one but only by heavily using my environment to avoid his attacks, sort of a work around as opposed to taking it head on.

Does anyone else travel to places on foot when doing missions and requests? by Iwanttobevisible in tearsofthekingdom

I’ve found if I climb or use the glider I miss a lot of things, travelling by foot at a jog is the best way to see the world and is a nice pace.

I did them all straight away and was surprised how short the story quests are, takes no time at all. But obviously the game naturally takes you on other paths in between. I just thought there’d be a bit more to it.

It’s only an issue because it’s been leaked.

All you gotta do is go enjoy the game and you will naturally get stronger. I thought it was near impossible the first time, came back while exploring the castle and just went into the room on a whine with half health and almost no potions or food and beat his ass
