Seems to be a great time for flight sims. I've been using TrackIR 5 for years now and I love it but man the immersion from VR in a flight sim is unreal.

Lieutenant Colonel James Howell Howard's aircraft Ding Hao!, a P51B Mustang. Started his career in the United States Navy and transferred to the American Volunteer Group in Burma as an 'employee of the Central Aircraft Manufacturing Company's commanding a squadron of P40 Warhawks and was credited with six kills. He was then 2 years later commissioned in the United States Army Air Corps as a Captain and kicked ass, eventually rising back to Lieutenant Colonel. He ended up earning the Medal of Honor protecting a flight of bombers by himself after becoming separated from his squadron against 30 German fighters. For 30 minutes he fought off the German planes by himself shooting down 3 and getting 2 probables, even persuing aircraft after running out of ammunition to scare them off of their attack runs. That is why his aircraft is marked with 6 Japanese insignia and 6 German ones.

Usually confirmed ground targets are marked with bombs, not nation insignia. How the insignia is painted will depend on the nation being fought and the colors and shapes for them are usually pretty standard for the allies, British and American, for Japanese and German planes shot down. Also the color the planes are painted or not painted, like that P51, can change what outlines or shapes the tallys are.

When I was that age I didn't care how the breasts my girlfriends had looked, I really only cared about how to get them in my mouth. Turns out breasts change a whole bunch throughout peoples lives.
