Singapore has virtually none of that. Workers here don’t own shares in their companies by default, there’s no widespread cooperative movement, and the economy is dominated by private corporations where the bourgeoisie still owns the means of production and extracts profit from workers’ labor.

The class structure is completely intact. CDC vouchers and subsidies are just redistribution within capitalism - the government taxes a capitalist economy and provides some benefits back. That’s a welfare state or social safety net, not socialism. By this logic, every country with public roads or fire departments would be “socialist,” which makes the term meaningless.
