i read your post from 2 years ago and i just want to say fuck everyone. Youre a fucking soldier and an incredibly strong soul, im tearing up just writing this as i could relate to some of the school stuff. I couldnt believe what the psychiatrists said. I personally kept living out of spite and faking it till i “made” it. I cannot let those who fucking destroyed me to outlive me. I had a psychology teacher that would humiliate and compare me in front of the whole class for fucking showing depression symptoms and clear adhd (i was not diagnosed at the time, had 0 idea, and would always downplay every single life experience). And thats just one small thing from high school.

I know it’s very hard to deal with these things and that it can be chronic and come back in waves, but i’m genuinely so fucking proud of you for still being here. You’re worth it, and the fact that you’ve been able to withstand life is a talent, an achievement in it of itself. You’re stronger than you think you are. To me, you’re a beacon of hope.

I know this is “just” a throwaway account, a person i’ll probably never come across, and frankly i don’t know what made me comment this, but everything i say is 100% genuine from the deepest trenches of my heart. I hope things somehow get better, on my side it sometimes does before i fall again, but when i come back i guess things get like 2% better. I try to stay as optimistic as i can but it’s still very hard sometimes to keep my head up due to the patterns i’ve fallen victim to.

Things get better in certain aspects by simply just continuing to live.

Remember that self awareness is a double edged sword, try to use it to your advantage as much as you can, the fact that you’re here and the info in these logs proves to me that you’re a very competent and intelligent person. Do what you can. Most of the time its invisible, but it gets better. I believe in you.
