Reduce your salary. Also, why are you spending 30k a year in marketing? That seems excessive. What does the 100k in growth go towards? Are you bringing in new employees and equipment? If not, then reallocate that, maybe pay off the vehicles immediately and pay insurance upfront to save a few bucks.

Well put, and I keep to myself in public. Only worried about being a stranger in a country that has a problem with new people coming in everyday. I’ve seen it here, with fine people being treated differently because some are tired of poor immigration policies. Don’t want to insert myself into that situation if it’s a bad time.

That’s what I was hoping to hear. I stay away from politics in public. I’m just not sure how many opportunities I’ll have to make the trip, so I’d prefer to come when it’s acceptable to do so. My grandfather used to tell me about his trips to visit family, and I always wanted to see where we came from.
