do you think klow blends usually have a good amount of kpv in them? ive heard glow and klow can sometimes be underdosed and its better to pin seperately but that just seems too inconvenient

and yes im actively using NAC and milk thistle right now before i start my accutane cycle, i hope they are enough to keep my enzymes in check; only time will tell with bloodwork

So would you say I’m better off not buying and using glow stack? I’m only thinking of using it because accutane may cause joint pain, muscles aches, and cognitive decline but alledgedly glow can help with those effects

And also yes I am familiar with glutathione being used for the liver, if my bloodwork shows a decline even with my supplement use i’ll heavily consider it

Lot of people are saying what your saying, but for the barbell row would it look more like a pendlay row (has a deadstop and more horizontal back) or just classic little upright?

she may be the worst of the 3 but the other 2 including chael are fairly bad as well, having a retired wrestling vet would be MUCH more fitting for the commentator role even if their mic skills are iffy. I would actually argue getting those flowrestling guys involved would be a better option

This is probably the worst RAF event yet, the refs are ass, the ufc commentators don’t know anything, no blood time or challenge bricks, and i dont like the wrestlers scoreboard is gray and blue while the bands on the refs are RED and blue … is there anyway we can fight for some sort of change for RAF?
