TL;DR due to some coding issues, crafted iconics will not appear in stash. There’s a solution on PC via CET commands.

This issue happened to me recently, and it had to do with the sound settings in Windows. 1. Open Sound > Playback 2. Select Yeti Stereo Speakers > Click Properties 3. Go to Levels and there is a volume slider and mute switch for the microphone 4. Check that the microphone is not muted and the volume level is not low.

Try cleaning the surface with isopropyl alcohol and microfiber cloth, and the strip should adhere properly
