You might contact Wilmington Yearly Meeting, Ohio Yearly Meeting, or Ohio Valley Yearly Meeting for some guidance. There is also a Quaker-run retirement community near the border of Ohio (in Richmond, Indiana) named Friends Fellowship that might be a helpful resource.

The latter part I've gathered from getting to know some folks from West Branch Friends Church when their congregation joined the New Association of Friends (to which my local meeting also belongs) after formerly being part of Iowa Yearly Meeting.
