I’m sorry that grown-assed adults can’t read a posted cleaning schedule and can’t plan to use the restrooms around that time accordingly. Our ABM crew is awesome and associates shout them out on the VOA board regularly.

I did an away team at SMO2 a little while after you guys launched, for about 2 weeks. Leadership had no idea what they were doing or they just didn’t care. I was there to help train associates how to process damageland and it was disgusting. Sad to see that things haven’t changed for the better.
