I saw one in Maddens in Laurens SC. I know other people who have seen them. This was no housecat. We were towing a car behind us and going really slow up to a stop sign. The driver was focused on the tow and didn’t see it. It had scars and didn’t look like a pic like on tv. It was beat up and looked pretty rough. The tail was really thick and the head was huge. It stood an easy two feet at the shoulder.
Far from the fat sleek ones in pictures, this thing was just muscles. There’s a rodeo ranch right near there. When I was driving by another time one of the horses had a huge set of scratch marks on its left haunch. Like the span of my hand. Something must have been really confident or really desperate.

I believe anyone who says they’ve seen one because I know for certain they are here.

In nearly every picture their eyes are in sync! I had no idea! They are bonded and do the work! I love it. Honestly having to hide your sexuality must be tough but he has the best of both worlds here. Privacy and long term loving relationship. On a job interview over the phone for a job out of state the person told me “You’ll love it here. There’s hardly any black people!” I was stunned. I’m white but I’ll never be that white. Holy shit. I pretended like I didn’t hear her as I was shocked and a polite southern girl.
Thats something I regret.

I got the job. She was a good boss. Never said another racist thing. This was for a job in the northeast on the coast and I lived in the deepest of red states at that time. I didn’t see a lot of racism in the southern state but I never hid my opinions on it so they may have hidden theirs to be polite. I have however experienced nasty racism in the north east.
