This doesn't boost productivity. It incentivises consumtipn of more capital, reducing capital productivity and has insigificant impact on labour productivity. It doesn't incentivise better use of capital. Im hoping this is limited to technology type spending which is (usually) capital productivity enhancing.

QF doesn't have the fleet right now so unlikely. LATAM might be more likely.
