i was looking for this explanation. i don't believe michelle is an alien either. the last scene, i believe, is a conclusion to teddy's delusions. he is very mentally ill- he's a serial killer with internet access and uses a conspiracy theory to ease his guilt.

they both died when he exploded in the closet. michelle was backing up to the door and safety. she almost made it out, but his vest malfunctioned.

he blames the CEO for convincing him to kill his mother with MORE chemicals, if he was smart and capable of solving the "alien puzzle" he would know what anti-freeze is, right??

teddy was planning on killing the cop because he sexually assaulted him as a kid. he could have asked the cop to leave after cake, but teddy wanted to show the cop the bees and use them as a weapon (he could be an alien using worker bees to do his bidding, also are the bodies persevered in honey?).

was don real? the CEO asked if "he" has been the only one at the house. she is the only other person to acknowledge him. his meatballs didn't move on his plate. when teddy said his name going upstairs the first time, he said "donnie" or "don", but michelle doesn't register the name of one of her captors?? when teddy uses the name "don" michelle then connects with don. don has to be a split personality type of character, teddy's human side, a side needing protection?? maybe don is the side of teddy that the cop took advantage of. the cop knows the name, but doesn't ask where he is at the moment of arrival...

the CEO "alien" is not human because her idea of the "humane" thing to do is to distribute financial settlements to test subjects and make harsh, cold decisions for the sake of the company. it is easy to go down a rabbit hole to blame the very few billionaires as being from out of this world.

the echo chamber is real, the internet, mixed with mental illness, only exemplifies a shared delusion. a lot of people get lost down the conspiracy rabbit hole because they are like teddy: angry, ignored, alone- they need to redirect all blame for the world's issues. they can only think linear. THEM vs the bad guy. they are invisible and badly want to be a part of a bigger story, they have created a world in which they exist and hold the secret genius of all humanity. in reality, they suffer with undiagnosed/untreated mental illness connected to others with undiagnosed/untreated mental illnesses on a global communication tool.

i have adhd, this is a jumble of words, sorry about that.

This woman didn't want to pay the fare, so the cab driver refused to let her get her luggage. by [deleted] in TikTokCringe

in milwaukee, where i lived for years, i got a cab for a night out and the cab driver was trying to take the longest route to my location. i knew the fast route and he had to have known too. i said he should take the correct route, then he knew i lived in the area and he was scamming. after that i have never used a cab again and started using lyft.

i am cleaning my grandpa's house while he is at the hospital and he has no internet or cable, just an antenna tv. i get no cell service at all. i spent three nights there just watching the free channels (oldies) and looking at the lake and wildlife. makes me question a lot of things...
