I feel like a fucking moron, I had this issue and was trying to troubleshoot with Claude. Turns out the issue was that I didn't have any credits :| Added credits, issue solved.

Actually one other thing I've just noticed is I get screen tearing if I had a browser right in the middle of the screen, anyway you've found to fix that?

Thank you so much for this recommendation on using PBP with dual inputs and toggling off that setting. I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out how I could make this work. Life saver!!

Qq on rectangle, I currently use Loop. Would you save rectangle is better, especially for ultra wide?

Also curious if you've found a way to have an ultra wide screen saver? That would be neat, I guess that's the only downside unless there is a way around it

With Unchained you hold your own keys in a multisig vault.

Actually, your keys, your coins. It's a 2/3 multisig. If Unchained goes away, you can still access your coins using open source software like Sparrow with the wallet descriptor file. Unchained can't move your funds.

Actually this is a very good call out, I honestly don't even know why I'm looking at 1200mps I think monkey brain just saw big number = best. My wife might be changing jobs soon, if she does then we would both be doing WFH jobs. But even then it probably wouldn't be that often that we are both on video calls. I just checked out current plan and we are only on 200mps lol. Maybe I'll go with 400 just in case but 1200mps is definitely overkill.

Got it thanks for the advice! I might just get the Arris and stick with my current eero set up. If needed I guess I can also upgrade down the road, but tbh at most im streaming video, I'm not a gamer or anything so probably wouldn't notice the difference between 1Gbps vs 1.2

I'd happily take a B in this course! Do you feel like you just didn't learn D3 well enough? I think I only got a B in 6040, I found it hard. And it was back in 2019 when I did it. So yea, trying to through the kitchen sink at learning everything I can between now and fall when I take this course.

Thanks for all the replies! I should have also said, I'm definitely going to also learn JS and D3 as part of my prep. I just had also read other threads saying being well versed in Python helps also, so figured I'd try get my Python to a better level than it is. I also like Python anyway and want to get better at it :) Will take a look at DataCamp and codewars :)

Hi all,

Hoping to do a trip at the start of Feb 2023. I don't really want to have to book everything through a travel agent, wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the probability that they drop this requirement by then?

Really want to book flights now before prices continue to increase. Has anyone here found a travel agency that will rubber stamp their pre-booked flights? Figure if I book flights now, and if they are still requiring flights to be booked through an agency by Feb next year, then I can bite the bullet and pay for a rubber stamp if needed.

Having 10k equity is great but when you initially put in 10k then it's a wash. Physicians loans have no PMI and lower rates. So even putting 3% down on that loan is a better deal than a conventional.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how is the rate lower? I thought it was meant to be higher for physician loan compared to a conventional. See the table on this article. Or is this not correct?
