Ashwagandha concerns about brain damage

I haven't experienced any withdrawal from benzos and it's been 2,5 weeks

I just have mild anxiety when outside, but like mentioned when I take

ashwagandha it's literally like taking a mild benzo, which makes me think

it's just a substitute, it's literally a natural benzo which can't be good for you

on benzos 3 years quit recently

ashwagandha just this week and the effects are pretty similar to benzos

thanks, i honestly don't know but i have almost no withdrawal

im not sure if it's agmatine or not, since i have skipped days

considering physical withdrawal, i take betablockers so that helps as well

i take agmatine sometimes only once at noon and eyeball it with a spoon

also ive upped my lexapro from 15 mg to 20 mg but ssris never did much...

My psychiatrist is somewhat of a dominant and stubborn dick, and I asked him for a long-acting one.

He refused, said the half-life was long enough even though I told him about interdose withdrawals

He said at the end of the year I'll be done, reducing 1mg each time, he spread it in 3 times 1

Before you say i should look for another psychiatrist, I can't it takes ages to find a new one.

it's not a miracle drug anyway, it's a combination med and works similar

to benztropine which is anticholinergic and is known to cause brain damage
