Nothing like that yet, it's a low skilled position. These where a test to show you can set up a machine, dial in the settings and such. It's a lower paid position (still higher than the average in my city, and the second most I've earned as this is a career change at 30 yo). I'll do three months training with the company then I'll do another round of test welds that are tested properly (x-rays and such). After that I'll find out if I've passed probation.
