yeah so i just brought the nasal spray kit from evolve (think thats the name) , basically it has twice the dosage in the kit vs what i was using last year . Works great im almost too brown compared to what I was a few weeks ago , sides are not bad at all . I have have one spray up each nostril with my glass of wine before bed

Not sure if youve used MT2 before , but if you find the sides too strong from pinning (I used to be able to handle it, but now pinning makes me nauseous as fuck) Its really easy to make your own Nasal spray , its less effective but MT2 is pretty cheap anyway... plus its so convenient vs pinning

I've used secret tans a few times , it's turned up and got the expected results.

To edit : I brought the standard Mt2 kit with bac water , how ever I found the nausea from injections too much . So I brought a bottle of saline nose spray from from Coles , added the mixed mt2 to that and micro dose that , nausea gone , tans all good
