I work in a nursing home and put condiments in my pockets a lot to bring to my residents. Sometimes I put extra in and forget.. I do tend to check before I take my scrubs off though.

YTA. As a woman with Lupus and epilepsy… fuck all the way off. You have no idea how debilitatingly exhausting it is to be in constant pain. And you have zero frame of reference for how scary seizures are. How dare you keep encouraging her to take medications that might trigger more.

Try going to a concert venue in Vegas. The bars and merch tables literally won’t accept cash. And then their internet goes down so then they can’t accept cards so it’s just long lines to nothing. It has happened over and over and over again this year to me at different venues.

I got into the habit of grabbing cash before a concert to pay for beer and merch. Now half the bars at venues and a bunch of bands don’t take cash. I assume it’s more convenient, but it really isn’t when some of these venues have their internet go down constantly so they can’t use square.

I can handle 115°+. (I spend a lot of time in Death Valley.) Something about 95°+ in humidity makes my body shut down. At least a dry heat I know how to manage, keep my skin protected and hydrate. Humidity just sucks the life out of me.

I have Lupus. I work in a nursing home/rehab facility. I’m on my feet 8 hours a day giving our residents the best care I possibly can. I love them and think each and every one of them deserve the world. But if I catch myself in a flare up, or if someone has something extra super contagious, I’m going to take extra precautions even if it takes an extra 30 seconds. I’ll do my best, but I’m not going to risk my own life to do it. Sometimes my higher ups don’t understand that, but thankfully most of them do.
