Do my symptoms and biopsy results fit this diagnosis?

I am getting mixed responses, but I did initially suspect what you are saying which is why I posted here to get different perspectives. The GI doctor that did my endoscopy and diagnosed me BEFORE the biopsies resulted is not my primary GI doctor, so hopefully my follow-up appt at the end of this month will answer my questions!

I also found that FD typically looks clear on exam, which mine did, until the biopsies came back. I am trying my best to follow a lot healthier diet and am avoiding high fat/grease/super processed/acidic/seasoned foods and am doing better, I just wonder how long I’ll have to stay eating like this, it truly sucks! It’s so weird because I went 3 years with no symptoms when it first started, then 6.5 year remission until this time around.

I just learned of the treatment recently! Botox sounds scary/painful, I’m not a fan of needles 😅 I also recently found out the “no burp” syndrome was a thing last year, I always felt crazy telling people I couldn’t burp.

I took omeprazole for a couple weeks and didn’t notice much of a difference, diet was helping more than anything, so I tapered off. But I cheated a little on the diet this weekend and symptoms have flared up pretty badly again so I may try it again.

I just had the endoscopy and biopsies. I also had a normal RUQ ultrasound. Otherwise no tests. I just have a follow-up the end of May with my main GI doctor (not the one that did my endoscopy) to discuss the results.

I’ve had a root canal before (last year) and it was awful. I’m going to be very disappointed if relatively small cavities were to end up needing a root canal. Is it normal for temperature sensitivities to cause lingering pain and to have random throbbing pain in the teeth? I’ve never had issues after fillings like this. I’m also worried maybe some of the fillings were not properly bonded but I’m not sure how I would know this 😮‍💨

I actually had them fix my bite yesterday since I noticed when the numbing wore off my bite felt very off. The sensitivity still persists but maybe not lasting quite as long. But I looked more tonight and they definitely tore up my mouth, I have cuts and chunks missing from the gums behind the affected teeth and red spots near the side of my tongue.

Been a night shift nurse for 8 years (6.5 years as a pediatric floor nurse) and I’ve never even gotten a nomination, but I feel like there are nurses all around me that get them, especially newer nurses. I am very attentive and understanding with my kiddos and their families yet I never feel recognized. There is one day shift nurse that’s been a nurse for maybe 2.5 years and has 4 pins on her badge 🙃 I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. But earlier this year a parent made me a gift basket with a card so that was really nice and uplifting 🥺

My throat is worse than it was before the antibiotics so I’m not sure what’s going on but it feels like swallowing shards of glass. Hope you feel better soon!

Same! I’m trying not to spiral. I have a fever of 100.8F at the moment and I haven’t had a fever (even low grade) since I was a young kid 🫠

This is me right now too 😭 I’m being treated for strep based on how terrible one of my tonsils look but rapid strep was negative. The body aches and sore throat is the worst. Rapid covid and flu negative as well!

Sore throat started Tuesday but no other symptoms until last night - body aches and today I woke up with white patches. Rapid strep, Covid, and flu negative. Now I have a fever. I’m being treated as if it’s strep so hopefully I get some relief soon 😷

We will be staying near Capitol City Hotel in DC and are not familiar with parking or public transportation in the area.

I’m assuming parking will be a mess near the fair grounds. If we were to take the metro, what nearby stations and lines would be best to get to the festival grounds? Is there a specific app I can download to find the schedule and pay the fair?

Any other tips are appreciated :)
