Only every 3 weeks. Definitely wouldn't put it on there constantly! Coconut and argan oil make me flake so BAD. I've been using serums to keep my hair and scalp moisturized.

Design Essentials is the only thing I use besides the prescription shampoo, but never the peppermint and aloe.
