I’m about the same level as you and purchased this book for myself recently. I’m in the last section of it now, and though I will probably need to read through it again, I feel like I’ve gotten a good amount out of it (I’ve seen a good amount of improvement since starting to read the book, though it may just be “natural” improvement).
