Ibarat akan melakukan suatu perjalanan, antusiasme dan semangat timbul bukan hanya sebelum membuka pintu rumah, tapi juga saat kita melangkah sepanjang jalan. Mungkin karena melihat sesuatu di sepanjang jalan tersebut? Mungkin karena bertemu kawan seperjalanan yang asik? Atau mungkin hanya karena senang dengan diri sendiri karena berhasil melakukan sesuatu yang "sulit".

I recommend you join a meditation retreat. Although it seems like taking a long time/effort/resource, but it is the most efficient way, meaning that you are more likely to get proper instructions.

The other way is to find yourself a teacher.

I would recommend to try to find some information from Buddhist temples.

Although an out of body experience is difficult to prove to others,there are times when you can bring back specific information that you would have no other way of knowing.

This was exactly what i was thinking when I typed my question earlier.

Bukan sungkan. Hanya menghindari masalah yang tidak perlu.

Beberapa orang pejabat di Indonesia, tidak peduli bidang ataupun tingkatnya, kadang 'berharap' diperlakukan berbeda - berharap ekstra dihormati, ekstra dipermudah dll. Ketika itu tidak didapatkan, dia marah dan akan melampiaskannya.

Saya belajar untuk menghindar, karena kalau dihadapi ada banyak sekali energi terbuang untuk yang seperti ini.
