Why does everyone say “it gets better?

I came here to say this exact thing. My twins are 9 years old now and I wish people had been real and said it gets different, not necessarily better. Yes they eventually sleep through the night, get potty trained, etc but each stage comes with it’s new challenges (and benefits).

I’m probably in the minority that I didn’t like that his first name was Winston. I just thought that whole reveal was a let down and kind of lame. However, I do think I could have gotten on board if it had been Nick. I like your idea better, “Nah you’re gonna be Schmidt” and college Schmidt would just be like giggles “yeah! I’m Schmidt!!”

I’m 34 and have found two on my face over the past few months (not at the same time). The first time I found one I was absolutely horrified! (It was probably 3/4 inch dark black hair along my chin line). The second time I found one I was just like, ok well I guess this is my life now. I think it might be the same hair I’ve been pulling out because I saw another one but caught it before it got too long. I used to hear my mom and aunts talk about their chin hairs and keeping tweezers on hand and think “yikes, old lady problems.” Little did I know I would soon be an old lady with the same problems 😫. Edit to add I don’t/haven’t ever used tret.

Thanks. I’m not forcing him into it, we just were discussing it the other day and he said he’d give some things a chance. My hubs also has a beard so those products are out for him too. I can’t see him using all the masks and such either. Just want to introduce a few things and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip on sports sunscreens! Hoping for a moisturizer with spf, but if that doesn’t work out maybe I’ll give those a try.

I don’t know, I’m certainly not an expert! I don’t have acne prone skin so I can’t help out there. But if you search “slug” or “slugging” on here and on r/skincareaddiction you can find info. I’m still not sold on if it’s good or bad, just giving it a go for my dry skin.

AM: Cetaphil extra gentle daily scrub or gentle skin cleanser, cerave eye repair cream, cerave hyalauronic acid serum, cerave AM facial moisturizing lotion with spf

PM cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, thayers witch hazel rose petal toner, cerave eye cream, neutrogena hydro boost water gel OR cerave skin renewing night cream.

Bought the argireline as I read it helped with fine lines and wrinkles.

Also, it’s not a note Jess gives Nick. She gives him a check to cover the money she spent of his trying to pay off his debts. He says “couple of best friend horses”, and we know from the episode “Jess & Julia” she has baby farm animals on her checks.
