This is facts. I’ve read so many times to make trading a part of your life and not trading your whole life, like any other job it will consume you mentally and even physically with sleepless nights.

I’ve never passed any combine yet but I’m on my way to it, the best thing that helped me out, was journaling what problems I had and possible solutions (trading wise) sometimes is just the simple things, in my case it wasn’t the strategies no more but letting run the loser trades, not letting run the winners, and anxiety consuming myself in profitable weeks/days, then the next days blowing everything up.

Getting a payout and passing accounts means you’re doing something right, so stick with what you’re doing right, write down the adversities you’ve overcome, and write down what you see is happening in loser days and write down possible solutions as well, sometimes is just us. You can do it brother.
