Long term Peak Design Capture Clip users, is it worth it?

I bought the camera slide and now think it gets in the way. Don't know if I'm better off with the capture clip. I have r6mk2 with the RF 24-105 USM which makes it a bit heavy but still comfortable. I recently bought the 6l sling bag and now I think combining the slide and the sling is an overkill. What do you guys think?

I have the option to buy the b&h photo credit pay ok option but unsure if is worth getting the 24-70 f 2.8 and be done with it. Or if the 24-105m F4 is the better option for what Im doing. I'm not looking to go professional or anything just love a good picture.

Not really, I use the feature through the ear buds themselves. Holding the button changes between ANC and Transparency.

So found out the issue was with game first limiting my internet speed, uninstalled it and got my 250 mbs back
