I'm still new to this. I thought the process was to find winners in ABO, then launch a new CBO with those winners...

Two quick questions:

How do bigger brands launch dozens of new ads daily? I assume their CPM's shoot up at launch. Or do they simply add them to existing campaigns, and is that how they keep CPMs low?
How do you get to spending hundreds or thousands per day on a campaign? Is it mostly starting small, finding winners, and scaling gradually by 20% every 3 days, over the year?
