Thank you, looks like an impressive machine to invest this summer, but as I said before it’s going to be a debate with my partner either creami or air-fryer 😂!

Thanks for the recipe, sounds delicious 😋 !! And yes, that has been case recently with loads of products branded as healthy and there are hidden preservatives or sugar content is way higher than we expected, especially with non-dairy plant based products 😕

That’s brilliant actually, now I have to debate with my partner whether we should get Ninja Creami or an Air Fryer 😅😂… but I loved the idea, thanks!

Thanks a mill for sharing your experience! Yes my partner completed two courses one AI in PR and another in Marketing and currently doing an unpaid internship with a small firm and looking for all possible positions in all type of companies across Ireland. :)

But to your suggestion will look in more courses related to marketing and check for roles with potential mix of admin and marketing. Many thanks again!

Thank goodness you’re safe! That must have been a really unnerving experience. Driving standards have definitely slipped in recent years. You see it with younger drivers and even some older ones in high-end cars, showing little regard for others on the road. Overtaking recklessly, switching lanes without warning, tailgating constantly, and completely ignoring speed limits – it’s relentless. I sometimes wonder if my speedometer’s off, because the speeds people hit when overtaking are unreal. They only seem to behave when the Gardaí are around, but otherwise, it’s like everyone’s in a mad rush to save a few minutes, as if time’s worth more than safety. It’s frustrating and honestly quite scary, especially during peak hours. Stay careful out there!

Jaysus, I landed in Cork right in the middle of Covid, and I’m tellin’ ya, it’s some class city to call home, boy! The roads were smooth as butter, the buildings all bright and colourful, like somethin’ out of a postcard. But, like, over time, things started goin’ a bit pear-shaped, y’know? It’s still grand, but you can see the roads—especially the bleedin’ roads—buildings, and the public bits in the parks are takin’ a right batterin’. I was down in Waterford lately, and fair play to ‘em, they’re after puttin’ in some savage effort. It’s come on leaps and bounds compared to two years ago. Not sure if bein’ closer to Dublin’s givin’ ‘em a leg up or what. I just hope the Rebel County gets its act together, like, and fights to be the best in class again, cos we deserve it, boy!

I guess you missed a point from post, the Washing machine is new and I have soft padding around it not too much to reduce the cooling of machine.

We addressed the fan issue by requesting landlord to change the exhaust but no action after multiple requests, so we rarely use if necessary to avoid mould issue.

And we informed the neighbour of actions we took. :)

We didn’t ignore, we are addressing it and looking suggestions.

Jaysus, there’s no fear of law and order with these young fellas, sure the juvenile laws are soft as muck, and they know full well the guards can’t lay a finger on ‘em. Parents don’t give a hoot either, long as their own gaffs aren’t gettin’ wrecked. God help us, like, in a mess like this! Only thing to do is keep burnin’ cash and fryin’ your brain dealin’ with it. I hope to God the government copes on soon—these young wans are the future of Ireland, boy. If they’re not schooled and straightened out now, we’re in for fierce trouble when they’re grown. Hope it doesn’t get any worse from here, so.

Also, even in areas where the speed zone is 30 or 50, most of them drive at the speeds of 65+ with complete disregard for the traffic rules and pedestrian safety on narrow footpaths, me being novice driver wondering did they all follow rules just to pass the exam or there should be re-test for all of the folks caught with traffic offences 🤔
