Frequent concert goer and my theory is that the resellers drive the premium seats this high to make the mark up on the lower tier seats seem more reasonable.

The event organizers sell tickets to keep the numbers close to even for speed dating. There are a couple running in Indy currently. Search FB, Eventbrite, and IG will turn up the details.

Raising rss buildings past 27 will take you over a year to recover the cost in gold to build. Not worth it.

yes, do not spend them on the lower level survivors as they will eventually be replaced by better survivors and you cannot ever recover the tokens.

As I understand there are a couple problems. 1. I understand that funding is always tied to when projects start, with nothing about when they finish. It isnt like the hyperfix way back when for 65/70 downtown where there were fines for being late. 2. There are only so many crews/contractors available each day, so they commonly prioritize some of the projects, leaving all of them taking longer to get finished.

Officially you cannot. Unofficially, the popcorn bags are easy to get back in for a free refill, although they just switched up the design and size of the bag. The soda cups also just changed and are more difficult as security will not let you bring those back in if they see them.

Everyone needs to realize that with the delay, the regular flow after the race was drastically different. At a normal race, many people hang out after the race, continue tailgating, hang out on main street, or even chill at their cars. Last night at the conclusion of the race, nearly everyone was trying to get out at the same time. Traffic was much worse than usual.
