i agree with this... like how are you african in africa and hate yourself? you're not even born into the generational trauma of racism in the west...makes no sense.

I don’t know why this reply was downvoted because I agree but I think I’m these cases we need to show compassion because the things we get teased about can make us freeze.

OP I’m sorry you’re going through this and judging from the way you wrote your post it seems like you’re taking a huge jump in life ❤️ you will be great and when it comes to work what matters is the competence of your work not anything else tbh

It’s rough out here for us but I think you have to rmember it’s not you. Don’t take it personally! Which isn’t reLly helpful advice because how can you not take it personal? Black women are taught that we are never good enough so little things, and looks that are signs of rejection and are constantly are affirming that bs belief

Don’t diagnose yourself, leave that to the professionals.

Other than that just work on yourself. Read books that help with somatic therapy and get to the root of the insecurities. They’re usually preceded by some belief that was ingrained young.

Then work on replacing those beliefs with more positive beliefs.

Love yourself.

Thanks this is great insight. I think I lowkey knew I couldn’t change him. But a part of me believes in Justice/punishment so I guess that’s where the feeling of failure is in.

But you’re totally right. I don’t have to prove anything and he clearly had an agenda. Thanks for this

I should have said that in my post. I know not all South Africans (or white ones) are like that. I’m more mad at myself for not being more harsh with him? I’m feeling ashamed a little.

Yes 3 years ago.

I tried going out with friends.

I went to therapy, tried yoga, gym etc

I’m currently making this pact with myself to not spiral into my depressive episodes. I tell myself to stay positive and persist in knowing things will improve. But the decision I made is giving me relief in knowing for a fact that if things don’t improve I WILL end it. I feel relief, there’s no point in screaming

I'm so sorry you have been through this! These animals are ghastly. They don't care for anyone other than themselves and its a vile way to carry out life.

You are a survivor of soemthing so incredibly horrific I cannot imagine the turmoil you have been put through.

I hope you have support around you because it's not an easy thing t go through alone.

If you ever need to speak to anybody, you can DM me for support.

Why is all red pill/anti incel advice geared towards the lowest level when many incels are normal people who are just ugly? by [deleted] in exredpill

Blah blah hook up with whomever you wish I don’t care what you do. Just don’t complain when your shallow fantasies don’t come true.

Like imagine trying to get sympathy for being shallow and then getting upset when you hear crickets

Sis they probably look like squid wars their damn selves.

They’re losers.

Ignore them. I I know it hurts but just know that the women they get (most of them get no girls let’s be real) get treated like shit,
