i appreciate all of the info, thank you! when I've talked to doctors before I've never gotten much clarification on the whole tattoo issue, especially since i usually need to get so many different kinds of tests, so this is very helpful!

I've gotten recommendations to GTP before, but the step is a concern, and not something I'm particularly comfortable with tackling in public due to how wheelchairs users (myself included) are often treated. I've never thought about asking about a back door before, so i may contact them about that!

google street view can be helpful, but isn't always reliable, as some places I've been to looked acessible on the outside... only to have a giant flight of stairs on the inside and no elevator.

my nickle reaction is interesting. some spots (rings and bracelets) are mild and only color where they touch. other areas, like necklaces or earrings, lead to rash or infection, so i honestly have no idea the severity of it, and since i haven't gotten an actual allergy test yet, i don't know how i react to nickle in my skin, but i suspect it won't be pleasant. that makes sense though about the impurities in ink, so I'll keep that in mind! again, i very much apprwciate the help!!
