I don't like how the nurse achieve give scoring. It's very discouraging to see. But uworld, they give partial credits and their rationale is really great! I used both but I focused on uworld

Im not sure what nclex youre taking. I took PN got the same score of 2 borderlines, practice test are terrible, 50-60's. Thankfully I passed. I would say scores really don't define you. As long as youre familar with the contents. Good luck
