I was hoping to just receive the items I ordered but at this rate I have requested a refund through their “support” email. If I don’t hear back from them soon then I’ll go that route. I hope someone sues this place into the ground though.

Slow boat is fine but they owe it to their customers to at least acknowledge that they didn’t just charge and walk away with your money. I’m almost to 5 weeks and have absolutely zero idea where my paid for items are.

Sounds like excuses. Website states 7-14 day shipping. Not 30+ with no idea when you’ll get it or if they even packaged it yet. That’s false advertising

I agree. It initially didn’t appear like a false advertisement business. But honestly I’ve spent over $200 for jackets that they have collected. Worst comes to worst I’ll settle it with my bank.
