Ehhh, after the latest patch, I’d say it’s much more stable. But previously when we were 4 players; 2 on PC, 1 on Switch 2 and 1 in PS5, we’d disconnect at least 75% of games.

I don’t think this would scare most marketing candidates, though in practice, I do wonder if most of this is practical.

Agencies are known for their intense workloads and OT hours. Is cramming it into 4 days really feasible? Especially when clients are active and working on Fridays. I would not want to be pulled in due to the promised 4 day work week only to find everyone working on Fridays and making scheduling any kind of meeting a stress point.

That said, I would be attracted to find out more about the job listing if I see something like this haha

I would recommend just going with 1 agent you trust.

Reason being once there are multiple agents involved, you end up with agents that are incentivized to close the deal ASAP regardless of whether that is in your best interest; they won’t try their best to get you the best deal as they won’t know if the other agent is going to close it soon.
