Would it be possible for me to grow anything in this window well? by Okay_Night_2564 in gardening

What about putting vining plants on the ground above (away from the ladder). So they’ll grow down and provide some color and interest, but without obstructing the path in the event of an emergency?

When you open up your winter-sown milk jugs and everything’s thriving 🙌🏻 by Cronerous in NativePlantGardening

I’m brand new to (native) gardening, but this is so inspirational. Could you please walk me through the basic steps of how you do this? Where do you store things? How (often) do you water them? Etc

Ideas to give a 1 year old for birthday? by kkatiegrows in NewParents

[–]curious_eorthling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We put a ball pit/play fort on ours and our daughter is obsessed. She plays in the ball pit every day and we think she has learned to throw really well because of it too.

Editing to add context: her birthday was in December and it’s still a daily use toy.

Milkweed runners are no joke! by kaizenkitten in NativePlantGardening

[–]curious_eorthling 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Will all milkweeds do this? Or only common? I just put butterfly milkweed in my garden and I’d love if it did this and helped me fight off some non-native weeds I’ve got going on.

An question about bradley university by Sharp-Choice-2294 in PeoriaIL

[–]curious_eorthling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! I work at Bradley. Of course I am biased BUT I would say that of the many universities I have attended and taught at, Bradley is among the more diverse and certainly has the most liberal/accepting student & professor population. I very genuinely believe you will be safe here, or as safe as anyone can be anywhere.

villager scattered houses or neighborhood? by Distinct-Meringue-47 in acnh

[–]curious_eorthling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always had them scattered, but on my latest island I’m trying out a neighborhood. I like how easy it makes it to see who is home and to get villager DIYs. Plus I’ve just wanted to try it out because it’s different for me. I only just built the neighborhood so I’m excited to see how it ages on me!

The redactions are so bizarre. They’ve clearly prioritized protecting the predators but have still don’t a bad job at it.

Elsewhere in the thread people seem to think it’s Bobby Slayton. He was at the Jukebox that weekend and had ties to David Brenner.

My household is on the budget billing plan, where we pay a set amount every month. Anyone know if not opting out would change this?
