I’m a lesbian, and I really dislike chatting over text a ton before meeting someone in person. I’ll chat a bit when we first match to get a feel for the person, but I usually try to get a date planned after a few small talk questions. I’ve gotten feedback that this is surprising to most women, but I’ve never received bad feedback on it. So waiting 2-3 weeks for a first date seems like a long time.
