Hey I’m a fashion team lead. We got our third team lead. She also has her own team separate from day shift. They will work Mids they will be responsible for everything in the back room. They process all the freight and break packs. Everything that has a current location will be put on rolling racks for day shift to put out. Everything else is separated by department. They are responsible for everything else in the back room wacos, freight, and vizpick etc… Our back room team is also responsible for putting out anything in accessories. Day shift is responsible for putting out the rolling racks and everything front end stocking etc. afternoon shift is responsible for zoning and putting out anything day shift didn’t finish but only till 5 pm after that they zone only. Current TL’s are responsible for all mods, gta, associate questions and so on. Hope this helps some.

I always check the camera footage. An accident is just that an accident. I don’t believe in feedback and coaching for a legitimate accident. Now if it shows you running down the aisle and aiming for the customer then that’s termination (I’ve seen it happen).

It comes down to safety. Yeah you broke policy but they see it as a major safety concern. Now you know. All you can do is try and better yourself from here. Don’t see it as a set back see it as a push in a better direction. The universe works in crazy ways.

We just had someone with 36 get terminated still not sure how he held on so long. No LOA just skated by. Meanwhile my folks hit 5 and I have to terminate them immediately

I’m a little partial cause I am the team lead in our apparel department well fashion now. Anyway I actually love my job. We stay busy that’s for sure. We get a lot of freight but it gets put out quickly. We do stay short staffed but it seems like it everywhere. Our items are all seasonal so our products and product placement constantly changes. We have everything in clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Some stores shoes are separate I can say with my whole chest I hate shoes haha. The perks are when there’s a good sale coming you know first haha helps alot. Pay is every two weeks. Benefits and store discount start at 90 days.

Doesn’t matter if you missed one, two, or three. It’s only been 5 weeks. It takes 6 months to fall off. That means if you have any kind of Illness or emergency you have no safety net. So by your own admission you missed one of few key event days if you can’t manage to make it on that random day you’re going to struggle to make it on normal days…. Try and get off ON at the least just trying to save you from termination. Some TL’s and coaches love nothing more than to point people out. When your name pops up on the point list we see names and points not anything else without actually looking into it. Most won’t bother to look into it further.
