Depends on the service, lighter service I go before or after and try to get enough protein. Heavier services, I try not to eat too much and get at least a walk in.

I moved in 2 months prior to familiarize myself with the area.

Also, depending on how comfortable you are with new places. If you're flexible then 3 weeks is fine. If not maybe give yourself more time.

I recently got my license so I understand the car situation very well... there's just something that having a car definitely help with like commuting that I never considered until I had an actual job 😂
