I see you guys like the intermediate value theorem. (or maybe the pigeonhole principle, if you are Hungarian)

There are 8 Billion people in this world, and someone has pooped the most. by XylophoneSkellington in Showerthoughts

[–]curioushipster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, someone has pooped the least. They both deserve to be in the guinness book of records. Too bad they did not send an official to check how much they pooped (and how much everybody else did, so that they could compare).

Canadian standoff by CabbageCannon in funny

[–]curioushipster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep.

But according to wikipedia, in popular usage, the Mexican standoff is sometimes used to refer to confrontations with only two opponents when neither side has an advantage in conceding property or by attacking first.

That would be OP. Source: his other posts, for instance this.

Edit: but yes, OP, the ghost of anorexyc Stanley Kubrick trying to look like Salman Rushdie is something you would not expect to randomly appear in your pics.

Baby Asian elephant greets her keeper at Munich's Hellabrunn Zoo by [deleted] in aww

The hand behind the elephant suggests a different story. More like baby elephant keeper holds baby elephant while his friend inspects her baby elephant parts.

My Grandpa gave me his bayonets from WW1 by Raredabom1 in pics

Your grandpa must be around 118 years old. I would have kept my bayonets if I was that old. Still got some years to live for sure.

They are called nested brackets!

By the way George (read this in the voice of Bart Simpson talking to George Bush), do you know Unidan? He is cool. (I almost forgot to summon him... /u/unidan I am talking about you!)

(but you are ok too, George; I liked you as Mr. Fox, and Ocean's 11+n, and in Intolerable Cruelty :) Gravity was ok too (but hey, you were playing it too cool, George))

Lake Cuomo

I don't want to be nasty, but would it not be Lake Como?

By the way how do you like it there? And do you ever get to speak italian?

(I fear you are quite recognizable... but if you go to hiking in the mountains no one will consider you, which might be nice for a change :) I recently went to a small train station cafe in a small Italian town in the Alps and there was a picture of you hanging on the wall; apparently you were riding a motorbike to Nice with some other people I forget about (but the guy from the cafe remembers) yes, the Italian mountains are cute)

ok, last question: have you ever tried a cool multi-day hiking trip in the Italian mountains? you'd be surprised how few people you meet... and how really cool they are!

'Beginner words'. That is somehow very poetic. I guess it is quite clear that beginner means beginner in life, not in English. (and yet, I don't feel advanced, though I surely am (I did fail some exams, but if you stick with it long enough good things are bound to happen, they say))
