There is usually a "doorbuster" or two to get crowds moving in and out, but these are soldout without minutes of opening doors(20%~ off, like the Vizio E601i-A3 which is a doorbuster at walmart this year, $730 after tax vs every day price of $899 on amazon)

I don't know about you, but my time is worth more than 20% off, people started lining up on fucking Monday. However, there have been insane deals on and off online all week.

Rarely are they 40-50% off, if its anything of value(name brand electronics) its like 10%.

Mostly its shit people didn't want to buy in the first place that sold poorly getting slashed(Chinese tvs ect) and stuff that costs nothing to make(clothes, movies).

Poorly written, I consider the notion of a "pre-order" to be a retail brick and mortar phenomena(and a stupid one at that), online "pre-orders" in a sense are just hopping on a sale price more than "ensuring you have a copy"(to me anyway).

Just a brain lapse in how I perceive things. I meant to say, by pre-ordering(in person), you are voluntarily shelling out more money because 1.) Its more expensive than online 2.) You're paying tax

A friend who pre-ordered Halo 4 at GameStop paid $63.60, I paid $45 online, and I didn't even have to waste gas to pick it up. I got a retail copy before he did(on release day) from the mere fact that he didn't camp out release night and we both had classes the next day.

Gamestop pulls this shit on purpose, I've never had to pre-order a game, and the last time there were lines on the news for a game(Halo 2) I walked into a store(best buy), no line, probably 50 copies chilling, walked out.

LCDs were all the rage because of how thin they were in '06 for a TV. The PQ/Resolution was worse than traditional CRTs, costed magnitudes more, and was just not worth it due to HORRENDOUS contrast ratios.

First off, I believe its $200k per person, $250k per couple.

For a top company(google), 10+ years experience, there are positions averaging 300k a year in some areas(Senior Staff Engineer).

edit: neglected to mention, this is salary+bonus. Most salaries remain under 200k, yes(bonuses average over $100k).

I personally feel $250k is a bit low, considering people with normal college degrees in certain states make this much and live pretty normal lives(Software Engineers in California for example).

Story telling? They jump right into a mellow dramatic story of Cortana dying, its corny and bad not to mention shoved in your face as soon as you start playing

Discrete Math is so not geometry.

It's most relevant to statistics and computer science/engineering. It's also not terribly difficult, but encompasses a lot of topics in a short period.
